loaf
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp of dry mustard
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 pound of ground ham
1 pound of lean pork ground
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Glaze
1/2 cup of peaches preserves
2 tbs of brown sugar ..tight
2 tbs of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of dry mustard
oven 350 spray square baking disk out aside
in large bowl combine bread crumbs...ketchup...onions..egg......dry mustard n pepper add ham pork n cheese mix lightly shape mixture into a loaf place in sprayed baking dish not loaf pan please u dont want this sitting in grease from cooking bake 1 hour till juice is clear not pink please now combine all glaze ingredients in a quart sauce pan cook over low heat stirring often till all is dissolved 3....4 mins now pour half in small dish now brush loaf last 30 mins of baking let rest 10 mins then serve with remaining warm glaze
