Fitness goals for the summer!!

Thanks for reading!
Today I finished college for the summer and I'm looking for things to fill my time. I have holidays etc etc but I need things to actually fill up my days, I have 3 months off!
Does anyone have any suggestions for things I can work towards in terms of health/fitness? So far I have:
-Learn to make new foods (e.g. Thai green curry)
-Try every class at my gym (excluding ones like "50+ gentle mobility haha)
-Climb table mountain on my holiday to Cape Town
-Train for the colour run 5K in August
Any other ideas guys?? If it helps to know some stats, I'm 18, 5"2, 133lbs and am reasonably fit, so no goals such as "10 squats a day" or anything, something that will really challenge me!! Thankyouuu

Buy a bike and go racing. Its nowhere near as intimidating as it sounds!0

- Try setting up a "fitness" test for yourself and check in each week to see if you improve your time/reps. You can do things like:
1 mile timed
Number of reps per minute for: weighted squats, lunges, sit ups, push ups, pull ups, etc.
- Look up some fun challenges on Pintrest or youtube videos. There's usually squat challenges, ab challenges, etc.
- Sign up for yoga or try bikram yoga0 -
