Exercises for people who can't so well!

I get a lot of info on exercises featuring young, fit people doing boot-camp like routines. Well, that's great if you're young and in good health. But what about for people who are older, have arthritis, or other conditions that prevent them from doing jumping jacks, squats, etc. I feel this area is sorely neglected. If I got on the floor and did one push-up I'd need to call 911! Can you have a special area for the not-so-able who are trying to get as healthy as they can get?
