Just wondering what my protein/car/fat ratios should be, I understand that if I want to weigh 120 lbs I should be eating 120 grams of protein a day? If so then what should carbs and fat be?

That's more protein that you probably need.

In general, you should eat .8g of protein per kg (not lb) of weight. Or .8g of protein per lb of lean body mass (not total weight). You would need to know your BF% in order to do the second.

So if I want to weigh 120 lbs it is 96 grams of protein/day?

120 lb would be approx. 54.4 kg, so it would be 43.5 g per day (..8 * 54.4) or if you wanted to eat 1 g protein per kg of weight, it would be 54.4g prot.

But it may vary based on your lifestyle or personal goals. These are just general recommendations.

40/30/30 << (mine currently) or 40/40/20 are great if you're active.

0.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight is sufficient.

You are going to find a wide range of suggestions. 1.8g and 2.0g per kg are the typical recommendations.

3.0 and 4.0 are extremes typically promoted by the steroid users. Hell, I am on T. Cypionate and I rarely go above 2.0 g.

1 g per kg of weight <--- Minimal amount

1.8 g per kg of weight <--- Assumes 20% body fat

2.0 g per kg of weight <--- Assumes 10% body fat

3.0 g per kg of weight

4.0 g per kg of weight
