I started with T-25 it served its purpose but i moved on to others things more enjoyable for me. I now do things i love to do like weight training with my powertec multi gym and riding my bike for my cardio fix. My advice go to sites like bodybuilding.com and find a program that you find enjoyable that cost you nothing. Just my 2 cents.

    Do you lift? Addicting.

    Check out stronglifts.com or Liftbigeatbig.com

Do you dance? West Coast Swing, Salsa, Tango

Do you cycle? Road or mountain biking

Do you like the water? swim, SUP, surf

Do you run? (I don't, unless there's someone bad chasing me, but YOU might like it).

Beachbody programs are ok but weight training with some cardio of your liking really is the direction you want to consider once you get bored of those fitness video's. P90X3 is the most overpriced fitness video i have ever seen. Tony has put together a video that requires you to buy equipment on top of the video's plus supplements like shakeology. Be prepared to shell out quite a bit of money for that program.

I bought some bodylastic bands and with them I got a free membership on liveexercise.com. It normally costs $7.99, but they also have a free two week trial program.

You might want to check out their website. They have tons of programs, starting from body weight only, to dumbbells, elastic bands...name it and they have it.

I have been working out with them for a couple of weeks now and love it.

    Stef.

PiYo is going to be my next program, and something totally different for me so I'm really looking forward to that.
