Feeling guilty after eating fast food in your calorie limit?

No, I don't. If it's within your calorie limits, there is no need to feel guilty or deprive yourself of food that you enjoy.0

I schedule in a "happy" meal every Friday. Otherwise I'd go totally insane and feel like giving up. Don't beat yourself up. I understand the guilt feeling that you're talking about because I used to have it. Now I just plan for it, because I know it's going to happen regardless. Enjoy life, eat good healthy food, but also treat yourself every once in a while.0

The only time I feel "bad" about eating something that keeps me in my calorie goal is if it blows my macros or makes me feel like crap physically. But I have IBS, so it's easy for "junk" food to make my stomach sad.0

Only if it's gross and, honestly, that's just as likely to happen with not fast food as well.0

Yup. If it's sugar, salty snacks or something on my food sensitivities list, I feel awful. Partly because I've trained myself to be afraid of junk food, and partly because i know it's going to make me feel sick. I don't really live by the IIFYM philosphy to be honest. I know what foods make my body feel amazing and which don't and that guides my choices most of the time.0

I felt a little guilty when I exceeded my limit by 2000 calories at the Chinese buffet lol... Weird thing is my weight was down the next day, go figure...0

Nope! I'm going to IHOP on Sunday--woo hoo!!!! IHOP! I'm so excited! It's the first pancakes I'm going to have since April, when I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes.
I did, however, sit down and plan what I wanted and selected an alternate, just in case. I worked it into my food goal and ensured that I could get "appropriate" food on their current menu (not crazy-high in calories and fat and sugar, with a bit of decent protein). It was a little work, but I'm so excited--even more excited than the first time I had pizza after joining MFP and finding I didn't implode or anything. I just hope it tastes GOOD.

I had some sonic shake after a 2000 yard swim on Thursday. It blew my calories intake and I felt bad after I figured out how much calories it actually had. But while I slurped it down I enjoyed it. Also had some cheese sticks - the first one since over 6 month!
I guess a day or two will not jeopardize your entire effort, but getting back on track and don't let it happen too often - moderation - is here the key.

Never. The diet for me is more about portion control than clean eating. I just cannot limit my enjoyments. LOL.0

Yesterday I felt a little guilty for eating a frosted brownie the size of my face for 800 calories (over half my calorie goal for the day!). But they I fit it in and moved on.
Don't feel bad. It fit in which is great!0 -
I had a McDonald's breakfast a few days back due to circumstances beyond my control lol I was more worried about how i would eat the rest of the day with no fat macro left and the sodium water weight roller coaster but it was delicious sorry not sorry0

My previous weight loss attempts were probably very low calorie diets, so it was appropriate to make sure that everything I put into my mouth was nutrient dense. I still aim to get in lots of vegetables, but I've recognized that obsessing over every mouthful wasn't such a good idea. Nor were the vlcd's. I definitely don't feel guilty after eating fast food within my calorie limit. Hope you can shake that.0

I am not guilty unless I am blowing out the calorie count. I know that when i eat fast food I closely watch all the sodium and fiber counts more on what I eat for the rest of the day. One meal occasionally is not a setback, if fact the body is going 'What the hayyyyy'0
