Hello there! I'm Emily. I've decided to actually snoop around the forums to see what it's like.
I signed up for MFP about a month or two ago and I use it on and off depending on the day. I'm hoping to commit to counting my calories and start exercising more to lose the 60lbs I'd like to be down.

Log in every day, no matter what. Count your calories, enter your exercise, and you will get results.

You'll get used to using it daily. After awhile, it kind of becomes habit to just log in and keep track and it's definitely proven to be quite handy.0
