MFP cal goal is more of a net calorie goal and depending on what your activity level is set at will help you loose the weight specified in your profile. Some people have large debates on whether or not to eat back your exercise calories or not, but that seems to come down to personal preference.
Your BMR is what your body needs to function while laying in bed not moving. This is the bare minimum that you need to eat before your body starts eating itself (not just fat).
TDEE is your B<R multiplied by your daily activity in the number and if you are truly honest with yourself about your activity level then this would be my best recommendation and the one that I would find most accurate of the 3.
Hope this helps!0
