Hey there, I started my journey almost 3yrs ago & I have quickly discovered that in order to stay motivated and on the right track you truly have to do it for YOU! You have to have a strong "why" and not listen to other people. You can't compare yourself to others. Everyone is different! You have to really want to lose the weight for all the right reasons...YOU! Therefore, I have recently just created a Private Facebook accountability group for any of you who are looking for a great support group with like minded people that share the same journey. I will also be doing monthly fitness challenges where you will be required to check in daily. We will share recipes and help to support one another to reach our goals!
