Low Carb Pre/Post Workout Snacks

I have NO idea what I am supposed to be eating before and after I work out! I eat relatively low carb (no pastas or breads) and was hoping someone could help me out with a few snack ideas or recipes! Please do not hesitate to respond or add me so we can help and support each other!

    Before: greek yogurt, trail mix, smoothie, apple with peanut butter, oatmeal
    After: omelet, protein shake, tuna fish
  • You should maintain pre-workout snacks: Banana and peanut butter, Coconut water, 1 sweet potato, 1 scoop artificial-sweetener-free vegan vanilla protein powder, 1 cup organic hormone-free milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp turmeric in a high-power blender.oatmeal. and post-workout snacks are fruit and nuts with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, Turkey and cheese sandwich, Quinoa , Chocolate milk , China seeds.
