Little Triumphs

So, I have been trying not to weigh myself too often and focus on more important things like how I feel overall. Even so, I have noticed these little and surprising changes over the last few weeks:
- My everyday watch is super loose (I can almost take off three links)
- I have visibly less of a double chin
- A maybe-I-shouldn't-wear-this-but-it's-cute shirt fits like a "normal" shirt
- My work pants feel baggy in the thighs
- Oddly enough, my sneakers need to be tightened more
Anyone else have this experience? What are your little triumphs this week?

Yay and congrats! I need to adopt this more positive attitude and look more at the small changes and not the scale.
-I have to tighten my work belt all the way now (Time for some new pants)
-My jeans feel more baggy in the thighs
-My husband says he can tell a difference even though I cannot see it all yet.0 -
I can take off my work pants (uniform pants) without unbutton it and the belt wrapps around 1 1/2 times. Summer shorts I recently (a month ago) bought are too large in the waist and I need to have them tailored to fit.

Congrats to you both on the little triumphs! They do seem to stack up. I really like your examples about pants. It's so hard to see changes ourselves sometimes, clothing fit is good reminder of progress.0
