I've been on a plateau for 2.5 weeks, but my body fat and muscle % have changed. When I compared these numbers from the beginning of March, I have lost 24 lbs fat (dropped 11% fat) and gained 9 lbs lean body mass (gained almost 5% muscle). So, the number on the scale isn't everything after all

Nope, it's not. I keep getting told how 'skinny' I've been getting while I've been putting ON weight and building muscle mass. :laugh:0
