Hello everyone! I was wondering if you had a few great before & after photo's for lifting you can post a few here
Also if you can talk about lifting and how it has helped you.
How much protein you intake daily.
How long you should wait for results.
Anything you can think of really. BMR, BMI, TDEE, etc.
I try to help out fellow mfp members and end up sending them about 5 links. So I thought if there was an all in one page to help people learn the new science, because now we know we don't have to ea 1200 cals and do cardio everyday. I want people to know how easy it is so I thought an all in one msg board page would be great for anyone who needs quick info. I hope you all can help me put one together

Also: do I really have to create a photobucket account just to post a photo? I wanted to start some before & after photo's on here too.
And thanks again to anyone who posts on here to help me have an all in one page to send other members.0 -

The human body can be broken down into different muscles and muscle groups. The muscles can be worked and strengthened by exercise. This table shows major muscles and the exercises used to work and strengthen that muscle:

I'm just starting heavy lifting so I'm not much help for resources yet. But the book 'The New Rules of Lifting for Women' has been recommended to me by several people. Check it out on Amazon.0

She's very basic, but it's a good message she's getting across. I lose the most weight when I eat well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4fKr4o0Yc40
