Hi there!
I'm really pissed off coz of I can not lose any weight!
2 month ago I've started Insanity and finished in the middle of second month just because my weigh was more and I felt that I'm getting so big! Even my jeans getting too small
So I decide to try 1200 ckal diet + cardio workout + abs training.
So I've finished one week and lost only 0,5 kg per week but in diet plan it says that should lose even 1kg per week.
I'm eating 1200 ckal per day and workout 5 days a week. I'm burning around 550 calories which I am trying to eat back (trying).
What I am doing wrong?
Anyone alse on 1200 ckal diet?

As you get closer to goal (your ticker indicates you are 11 pounds away), weight loss slows down. Maybe trying to lose 1kg a week is too aggressive.
That being said, my questions are: Are you weighing with a scale, measuring with measuring cups/spoons ALL the food you are eating? Usually cals that low would definitely result in losing. The most common problem when someone isn't losing is they are underestimating their intake. Second, is this only for the last week? Because one week is not really enough time to evaluate if this will work or not.
Read these links - they are full of great information. Maybe one will be helpful. :flowerforyou:
