Down 85 lbs in 35 weeks...

Consistent logging, eating whatever I want within my daily caloric goals combined with modest exercise has produced an 85 lb loss and 63% of my stated goal. The is light at the end of the tunnel.

Great job, I've been at this for a year and only dropped 25. With vigorous workouts and staying within my calorie goal. I guess I don't have a metabolism. But I feel alot better so for that I am not giving up. Once again "great job"0

Awesome!!! And I am so grateful to read that someone else is like me and doing this without giving up foods and going all out with exercising :happy:
I have been on my MFP journey for almost 14 weeks and have lost 23 lbs by making similar changes (mainly watching the qty of what I eat more than anything else).
