Jelly Arms

Hi

I slightly over did it at the gym yesterday an hour of Cardio (30 mins interval training on the treadmill and 30 mins interval trianing on the bike), and then 30 mins of weights, followed by a PT session to redo my training program, but alot of weights were involved in the PT session after the weights I had already done. The weights won't heavy I have rubbish upper body strength. But now my arms feel like jelly, my question is how long will they feel like this, ie I'm back at the gym tomorrow and I'm hoping they will be back to normal then so that I can exercise again.

Thanks

You should rest 1-2 days before doing more weights ;)
Don't "over workout" or you might risk to get injured

just as a side note I think you will get much more out of your strength training if you do that before your cardio, as your body won't be so fatigued.
