Opinions on my exercise schedule would be most appreciated –I've lost 25 lbs and the last 4 weeks just under 2lbs. I have another 24 lbs to go and feeling very demotivated. I eat well and exercise. Maybe I'm going wrong in my exercise and opinion would be great. I think it might be not enough cardio I really want to lose the belly bulge (post pregnancy). This week I am now starting running on Mondays (treadmill) and ditching the curves circuit.
Monday – Running (only starting today) previously 30 mins at Curves Circuit (body basis class 1of 3 arms/legs core)
Tuesday – curves Zumba circuit 1 hour
Wednesday – 30 mins metafit
Thursday - 30 mins at Curves Circuit (body basis class 1of 3 arms/legs core) and 30 mins Curves Zumba Circuit
Friday – rest
Saturday - 30 mins at Curves Circuit (body basis class 1of 3 arms/legs core) and 30 mins Curves Zumba Circuit then 1 hour just Zumba
Sunday – rest
Thank You

At your size, a healthy loss is .5 lb. per week, so you're doing great with a 2-lb.loss in the past 4 wks.
Exercise as much or as little as you want, and have realistic expectations.

This, and remember that losing weight is about being in a calorie deficit. As you get closer to goal - it's going to slow down. Read the link.0 -
