Any food that might make your breasts grow would probably increase your risk of getting breast cancer (as it would have to contain a lot of estrogen).

Weights which target your chest, it won't increase your actual breast size but may make them appear bigger and firmer.

Doesn't oestrogen result in more fat storage in that area? If that's the case, just boost oestrogen levels? Isn't that how some blokes have moobs?

Totally not scientific, but I gained a cup size bartending. O.o Every woman who worked at that bar did. We said it was from drinking beer. And although it's 20 years later, I never lost that cup size. Maybe it was lifting all those cases, IDK.

Just looking now on the interwebs, and there is some discussion about the hops in beer containing phytoestrogens, which could, in theory at least, have some effect.

Milk? I mean...it comes from there, so it just seems reasonable...

I think its funny how when I was growing up I was always told that drinking all my milk would help give me big boobs---I'm lactose intolerant and even though I rarely drank my milk I ended up with a beautiful set of DD cups. My sister on the other hand drank milk like it was the only beverage on earth she wasn't so blesses with her small B cups-- she paid $5300 for her D's! LOL

Start doing research on some plastic surgeons if you are so concerned about it. Lots of people get them done these days, especially women who lost a lot of weight or body fat.

But no, there are no foods that will specifically make your breasts grow and not any other part of your body.

I would suggest NOT looking into plastic surgery. However that is my personal opinion as I am against fake boobs. As another poster said you are a beautiful girl with a lovely body. Love yourself and the smaller version of you! I know two friends who have had reductions as exercise was hard for them. One was a soccer player and one a runner and they had neck, back, shoulder problems. I don't think bigger is always better!

Also various exercises can help make your small boobs feel firmer rounder and more perky. There is no secret food..unless you eat all the food and get fatter and I am guessing you do not want that.
