The time is now

Going into my senior year of high school, I've always been known as a fat kid. And every summer, I've been saying "Ok this summer I'll get into shape," with no actual progress. This summer is different. As of posting this, I have already lost 10 lbs. I was 250 and my goal was to be at least 200. I'm a 6'0 tall male. Wish me luck guys!

    Good luck!

    You'll get your results with some hard work and dedication. Just keep thinking about that end goal when things get tough.

    You have very similar goals to what I did when I started! I was 240 (Probably more but I avoided scales) with a goal of 200. I'm 6'0 too. I'm now under 190 and dropping :) Feel free to drop me a friends request, maybe I can help you out.
