    Oh dear, haven't we all slowed down with our posting! It's been an age since I've been on here.

    Anyway, according to my timer I have 13 days left - and I want to have lost 6 lbs during this challenge.......so I better pull my finger out! I'm committing to posting every day now for the last 13 days. Hope others can get involved for the last push!

    Very excited at how things are happening at the moment. 9.6 pounds down as of this morning which is amazing! My original goal was 10 pounds but I still have 4 weeks to go. I'm going to alter my goal from an amount to a goal weight, hoping that I'll be under 190 by then. 180's here I come!

    I've lost count of what day I'm on, but I think posting every day really helps, so Manc Lass I'm in too. This weekend, we celebrated my husband's birthday with carrot cake and tiramisu. Both were delicious and I'm up some today, but I feel a new sense of commitment and this morning I did Shaun T 25 cardio and tonight I'm going for a walk.

    Wow I realize that it won't be long and I'll be on my vacation. I've been exercising and for the most part eating right, but it is my husband's birthday today and we usually celebrate all week. Celebration always involves cake and ice cream or eating out. It's time to focus and commit to myself about what I want to accomplish. Hope everyone else is doing well!

    June I've been increasing my amount of exercise weekly :happy: since I'm in a challenge to do 24h exercise in June (1440min)

    Just wanted to share with you my evolution :blushing:

    24h Challenge

    Total Minutes Done - 1106
    Total Minutes Left - 334

    Week 1 (June 1st to June 7th): 112 min
    Week 2 (June 8th to June 14th): 313 min
    Week 3 (June 15th to June 21st): 430 min

    Week 4 (June 22nd to June 30th): 251 min so far. The goal is 484min, so I can achieve the 1440min :happy:

    In the following days I need to do 67min/average a day to succeed :bigsmile:

    Is it too late for me to join. I have 26 days to my first holiday and 44 to my second holiday. I lost the plot recently but now back on track could use the motivation.

    Wow Tatyanne- You've really set some goals for yourself. Thanks for sharing that is very motivating and inspires me to get my act together.
    Today I did a 20 minute interval workout by Cindy Whitmarsh. It was good. I hope others write in so we can get more updates.

    Woohoo! I made my 10 pounds and I’m still trucking. I would love to hit 15 before vacation on the 19th but I will be ecstatic just getting under 190.

    You are awesome.. I lose 11 lbs and I want to kick more.
