Glute/thigh trouble!

hi, i'm 22 and have always been active. I recently lost about thirty pounds within the last year and a half with lots of running and eating healthy. I am now 5'6 at 123 lbs. I still run a few miles every week. I've always had this problem with this my thigh/glutes area, having what seems to be a pocket of fat underneath my butt. After losing all the weight, it has shrunken and a lot of the cellulite and dimples disappeared, but I still have some of the "fat" (or sag i guess?) residing there. It bothers me so much so I haven't been in a bikini in years. Is this from lack of strengthening? Is this a saggy bum that needs to worked on? I'd really like to know if anyone else has experienced this, if so any tips on fixing it? Should I keep on as I am doing and go hard on the pilates? Please and thank you!!!

Hey! Sounds like you need to focus on strength training your butt and core.
Why core? The stronger your core is, the more strength you will have to strengthen your lower body.
Buy the book "The Truth" by Franke Sepe - I swear by this book and have found it really helpful.0 -
