There is sugar in Everything! How to cut down and still be able to eat fruits? ( a lot of fruits)

The sugar in fruit is natural, not processed, so I think you are ok with that kind of sugar. I too eat a lot of fruits and veggies and am constantly over in my sugar, but most of it is from the fruits!0

Of course everything has sugar in it! What you need to remember, though, is that if you're eating a lot of fresh fruit, they're low-calorie and the sugar in them is natural so it isn't near as bad for you as processed sugar.0

Yeah I agree, I have been subst with Spenda or sugar-free items.0
