i wanted to add some more protein in my breakfast to help me feel more full, but i cant decide on weather to buy pea protein or hemp protein, hemp is a little more expensive and the pea protein offers double the protein per serving but which tastes better cause if the pea one makes everything tastes of peas its not going to be very good in porridge (which is what i was planning to put it in), soy protein has the highest protein of the three but i worry about the excess estrogen it is believed to produce , i also wouldnt mind using whey protein since i use that post workout but ive heard it gets digested very quickly ,in fact it is the fastest digestible protein available so it may not help with feeling full as my breakfast and lunch is a 5-6 hour gap, lunch to snack is around 3 hours and snack to dinner is also 3 hours,

I don't mind pea or hemp, but it does taste...well if you like mushy peas, the little tiny taste you get from the pea one is like that, then hemp is ok, to be honest my fave, if you want to stay with plant based proteins, is SunWarrior protein powder, made with hemp and pea, and rice. Very easy to mix in with other stuff. Tastes less artificial and less sweet than most whey powders too. HTH x

I've tried pea protein and it's fine if you mix it into cooked food like soup or bolognese but I wouldn't recommend just mixing it with water or milk...too strong a taste and the texture is slightly chalky.
