Need new friends on here and garmin connect

I am looking for friends here that are in it for the long haul. Who need and can give support. Who realize this is a lifestyle change not a diet. Who fall off the wagon but get back on. Please no quick dieters example :liquid diets, fad diets, eating less than 1200 calories or people pushing their products. Would like friends who share their diet to help come up with new recipes. Who have exercise ideas or workout plans.

Also looking for garmin connect friends I am new and would love input. Trying to increase my training.
