T25 Gamma

I'm on last week of T25, finish tomorrow. I was looking for people who have done gamma to see what they thought. I was debating between gamma, a hybrid round of T25, or something else.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Its mostly strength (except for Speed 3.0) so you would probably have to use it with other things. I am glad I purchased it at a discount (Ebay) but use it as an addition to other DVD's and walk/jogging.
The only one I don't like too much anymore is Speed 3.0 because of all the burpees, every kind you can think of, but sometimes I put in my own exercise that keeps my heart rate up and take out one or two of those. : )
They have some good reviews of it online, this one describes it pretty well:

I just did "Pyramid" yesterday which I like a lot. I think even if you can nail a bicep or tricep exercise doing it one way, it is still a challenge to do it another, which is why I like these DVD's. I just feel they ar overpriced full price, but bought the original package and this one not from BB.0 -
I'm starting Gamma tomorrow! Gonna do the strength hybrid option they have, since it brings in some of Alpha and Beta on the double Friday's. Did you decide to go with it?0

I really love the Gamma workouts, but by the time I completed alpha and beta, I was kind of bored of T25, to be honest. I followed the gamma schedule for a few weeks and then sort of fell out of the routine because I was just ready for something different. BUT that isn't to say that the workouts aren't great. I still use them quite frequently actually in my regular rotation. I definitely think they're worth picking up. Rip't Up in particular is one of my favorite workouts.0

I actually completed 3 rounds of Gamma (after doing Alpha and Beta). I still include it in my weekly workouts a couple of times a week. My first round was pure gamma then I did 2 rounds of the pure strength hybrid. I really like it, but I also got bored after 22 weeks of T25. It was definitely worth the investment for me. I will continue to incorporate all of the T25 phases in my weekly workouts but do other things as well. 00

Just did Speed 3.0 today and WOW was it crazy! Loved the burn, though!0

I started the Gamma round this week and so far so good. I do not do Speed 3.0 (Burpees + my wrist don't get along!)...but, I supplement with a few cardio workouts at the gym. I plan to do the hybrid after 4 weeks of this.
Good luck & enjoy!0 -
I started week three today! I'm seeing so much muscle definition it's not even funny!!0

I like the strength a lot in Gamma but it also gave me my first "nailed it" right away with abs. Doing years of Pilates, I found his ab floor work much easier and it showed me how a subtle move does pack a punch.
I have to work on my balance with other moves though, some days I'm okay, others, I rock a bit.0
