    Hello everyone!
    I am new to your group as well, but I would love the encouragement. I am currently in a weight management program that works out three days per week, but I walk on the opposing days. If that is okay, I will record my times from class and my personal walks. This will be my encouragement to walk each day!

    I am already inspired by your dedication to the challenge!

    this morning I was challenged by the elliptical machine. we had to complete a series of sprints and then maintain an aerobic pace. Each week they will add a level of difficulty. I have just started my second week.

  • I'm here! Been walking every day for the last 12 days, plus several other days earlier in the month. I'll have to go back and track how many miles total, but yesterday I got in over 4.5 miles on a trail with hubby. I joined the "mile a day. every day." group on FB. Has been inspirational!

    I know I haven't been doing well with any challenge, but it's keeping me on track to actually doing them. I just started incorporating walking into everything I do. I have errands that are walking distance from where I live and I've started walking to my errands. Get my errands done and get my workout in at the same time.
