Developing a healthy relationship with food

I just started a blog about trying to develop a normal, healthy relationship with food. I think that the more people I get following me, the most likely I am to keep posting and not slacking off. If you're like me and need help developing a normal relationship with food, please check it out.

    I have been thinking about starting a weight loss journey blog and stuff as well -- I have started a blog or two before but just got bored with it after a while and nobody visiting lol..i just felt like I was talking to myself i guess hah.

    But I think I have more of a purpose now, so I think I may get one started -- I'll definitely add you! :)

    I think having followers definitely helps to keep you in check... I guess we'll see if that's true or not!
    I just think it's a good topic and one that people don't necessarily think about when they're trying to lose weight. Hoping to shed some light on it and bounce some ideas off of other people going through the same thing.
