I always feel bloated lately and esp after workouts. Its not "that time" and i drink lots of water and even if im under my sodium intake i feel bloated? Is there anything besides a diuretic like diurex that i can take to stop from bloating???

An old trick to help bloating is to take apple cider vinegar (must say with mother on package that is the yeast in it). Have a shot of it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach followed by a big glass of water. It tastes gross but definelty helps me with bloating if i do it for a week or two. You can find unfiltered apple cider vinegar in the health food section of the grocery store most of the time.0

Eating a lot of fiber, fruit and vegetables can cause this too, but it's normal. Sometimes eating foods rich in potassium or taking a Vitamin K supplement can help. Try bananas, kiwis or Special K cereal.0
