Hungry after dinner

I seem to be able to go most of the day without craving food too badly,
50 calorie breakfast of coffee and supplements (BCAA, cod liver, multi-vitamin)
377 calorie 12pm lunch
898 calorie 6:30pm dinner

But then, pretty much as soon as i've finished dinner i'm still thinking food.
I mean dinner tonight wasn't massive volume (stir fry veg with oven roasted pork loin and a terkiaki sauce) but it was good for calories/fat/protein.

I'm going to try drinking my hunger away tonight, but i'm finding this really tough at the moment.
I've lost a lot with myfitnesspal, and know what i'm doing.... but after a few month hiatus i'm having problems getting back into the calorie deficit.

EDIT;
I am aiming for TDEE-25%
TDEE for me is 2367. Today is 1772. Pretty much -25% exactly.

That doesn't seem like much food.

You might want to try spacing your meal frequency out more.

50 calorie breakfast, is that correct? That's a tough way to start the day.

Looks like you eat about 25% of your calories before noon & 75% after lunch, with a big hit of simple carbs (fruit sugars) in the afternoon. Balancing this out by eating more in the AM may help

If you have the simple carbs, mix with protein and consume post-workout. Then eat again within an hour of working out. This allows you to take advantage of your body's revved up metabolism post workout.

For dinner, minimize simple carbs and increase the % of fat, helping you to feel full for longer.

Am never normally hungry in the morning. As long as i have my coffee, i'm good. I'm following Martin Berkhan's advice of taking BCAA in the morning as i don't really eat till lunch.
On occasion i'll sink a protein shake for breakfast post workout.

It's called reactive eating. You don't fuel yourself adequately enough during the day, then you have dinner and your body- as a survival instinct- wants to continue making up for the deficit you've created. You're not energy balanced (technically, no one is on a diet, though...)

Something to remember: there's more than just one type of hunger cue. Feeling the physical symptoms of a rumbling stomach or headache or low energy are obvious- but if you ever find yourself getting excited for your next meal, antsy, obsessively thinking about and planning your daily food, well, those are also completely valid cues to honor as well!

Get some of your favorite foods and see if it perks up your appetite at breakfast. I know a lot of people complain that eating breakfast makes them hungrier during the day but keep in mind that's technically a really good sign! It means your metabolism is functioning! Suddenly -not- feeling hungry is (also) a survival instinct. It's supposed to keep you from going mad during a period of low food/famine. So you want to avoid suppressing your appetite in the first half of the day because it means your body is slowing down it's functions to preserve and fully utilize all of the energy available until your next meal.
