Need Ground Chicken Recipes

I just discovered ground chicken and am looking for some tasty recipes without garlic. I don't want to eat it in burger form or in chili. I already have a couple lettuce wrap recipes.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

We've made that for a couple years now. Now that we're losing weight we skip the bun. You've got ground chicken, a little bit of bread crumbs, a little grated parmesan - altogether pretty healthy and it gets you that great chicken parm flavor without the fried chicken cutlet.

I brown it in a skillet, then add chopped onions and peppers and sautee until that is soft. Very yummy. I eat it as is, but my husband has been known to throw it in a wrap with some cheese.

It is also yummy browned and combined with chopped onions and mushrooms - add a little marsala and its delicious. You can serve on rice or with pasta.

You can brown it and add some seasoning and barbeque sauce for sloppy joes. Throw on a hamburger bun. Super yum.

It is good to substitute for ground beef in meatloaf.

I take like 7 oz of it, two cups of coleslaw mix, 2 tbsp of marie's yogurt coleslaw dressing... mix together and season to taste..i think it rocks!

I make buffalo chicken balls. I put onions, diced garlic and some parsley and mix it all together, form into balls an put on cookie sheet to bake. When done we dip them in franks red buffalo sauce (use to mix it with ranch dressing but not anymore)
