Week 22, 20lbs GONE forever! (Pics included!)

I am almost half way to my weight loss goal! 20lbs is the MOST I have ever lost and it means a LOT to me that I am actually becoming an inspiration to some of you. I remember back in January of this year I was sat at my computer almost in tears looking through the success pictures and thinking "Gosh.. why can't I do that?" Now look at me! I CAN DO IT! SO CAN YOU! WE CAN DO IT TOGETHER!

    I'll start by saying what I was doing before I even started my journey. I was basically sat on my *kitten* on the PC for up to 10 hours a DAY! Consuming well over 2800 daily and the only time I would ever get out of the house is when I wanted to get more junk food.

    But now... I take my dog for daily walks (Anywhere between 45-60 minutes) Slow and steady may I add! I eat regular meals, around 4 a day. I don't however skip on the chocolates, instead I have switched from the 450 cal desserts to the weight watchers brownie pots which only have 167 calories. I have also switched my meals to lighter versions such as tesco, weight watchers and Asdas brand xxx

    I am now starting on the muscle toning since I feel as though I have lost enough fat to help tone up now. :) xxx
