How to get enough fat?

According to my calculations i need 60%carb 20%protein and 20% fat.



That means i need 63. grams fat a day.. When eating learn meats, and tuna i dont get much fat.. How do you guys make sure you get enough fat?

    I don't have a problem getting enough fat, but if you do, I would suggest nuts, or fatty fish.

    Get advice from from everyone below. Horse raidish sauce, cheese, trail mix work good for me.

    Eat fattier meats. There's nothing special about lean meats unless you need to keep your fats lower.

    Dairy that isn't non-fat (especially greek yogurt and cottage cheese). Ice cream works, too.

    Avocado. Nuts. Peanut butter.

    Cookies, cake, pie. (mmmm pie)

    Seriously, I hardly ever have a problem getting enough fat! There's so many yummy foods.

    2% Fage Greek yogurt
    2 tablespoons peanut butter.

    Nuts, beans, olive oil, avocados, some fish such as salmon. If you google "healthy fats" you should find a big list of fats that won't hurt you as bad.

    The Total/full fat version is pretty hard to find, and I'm sure this person is suggesting 2% as an alternative to the non-fat kind (which is what most people who are dieting tend to go for).

    The easiest way that I have found is something called a fat bomb. Check on pintrest.

    My trainer has me set to 40% fat, which amounts to 98g per day. I rarely get quite that high, but here's what I do:

    - Full-fat Fage greek yogurt
    - 1-2 Tbsp of oil on salad or steamed veggies (on the salad, I also add a 1/2-Tbsp of balsamic vinegar and seasonings)
    - avocado in salads or on sandwiches
    - mayo on sandwiches
    - hamburgers (when I might otherwise do a veggie burger, but the real thing has lots more fat)
    - whole eggs (I had actually never eaten an egg since infancy, but they help with the fat goal a lot. I eat anywhere from 1-4 per day.)

    I avoid buying anything that's low fat.

    Eggs

    Olive Oil

    Almonds/Nuts/Seeds/Walnuts
