Help Improving Low-Carb/Cycle Diet

I am currently on a low Carb/high protein Cycle diet and it has been working very good for me other than trying to stay full for a longer period of time.

I am getting a range of 50g-90g of carbs per day and about 116g of protein per day. I have been losing weight on this diet and so far everything is fine except for the hunger. I also eat a bit more carbs on my hardest work out days. I also eat on average from 1000-1400 cal per day( I go to the gym after breakfast everyday from anywhere between 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours 5 days a week, if that matters)

I eat well portioned meals and even feel really full after finishing a meal, but the feeling does not last that long. It is worse right before I go to bed and I am really hungry when I wake up. The feeling temporarily goes away when I eat but it always comes back.

Any ideas to tweak this low carb diet that will help me keep similar results and feel full longer?

    Are you eating enough fat?

I used to work out in the mornings and I felt the same way. I moved my workout to a couple hours before bed, have a small snack afterwards and feel fine. Changing your workout time, adding fat, or upping your protein by a few grams might help.
