    OP sounds like the weight room will become a regular. If you need help with that I got you. I need to work on a few things myself in the gym.

    Yes, these ladies like the whole package. Will definitely need to hit the gym and apparently get some manicures because these ladies like hands of all things.

    I really wanted to add more definition to my chest and get rid of my moobs. I have been doing arms-back-chest-shoulders and if I make it to the gym all 5 weekdays I will hit one of those twice. On Saturday I will hit chest.

    I don't think that can be worked out and get bigger like other muscle areas.

    I agree but some poor things swear by those damn pumps and pills....sorry guys but if you ain't got it you just ain't got it.

    Hands for me. They can be as fit as you like but if their hands have long fingernails or dirty fingernails... instant turn off.

    Lol so bad but hands are a big deal to me too. I can't do little hands on guys. I like a guy with big strong hand and arms! :)

    Proportion.

    So often I see these guys with herculean torsos and arms...just to let it all down below the waist. It's a massive turn off. Muscle is really sexy, but I prefer an even spread of it.

    I'm not picky actually. I've dated guys who were pretty overweight, but I would say the most sexy to me are strong arms! Omg!
