Where Will You Be In 3 Months' Time?

So, today I had what could only be a minor weight fluctuation - 1.2lbs since yesterday, and it got me feeling all glum
But, I KNOW that if I trust the process and continue what I'm doing, eventually I will get there. Envisioning where I'll be 3 months from now if I keep it up helps a lot.
I will be down from 206 to 185. I'll be a lot more toned, now that I'm lifting heavy 2-3 x week. My dance classes will be much easier to get through, and I'll be able to wear my favourite t-shirt again. In fact, I'll fit into many of the clothes I have in my closet, which will be great since most of them are winter clothes. I'll see that definition in my arms again, and have a curve to my waist.
How about you?

What a great idea
September 24, 2014
I will have my first (of many) 5k under my belt
I will be traing for my first 10k
I will be toned for the first time in my life
If the universe doesn't know what you want, it can't help you get it!!! Put it out there and BE POSITIVE!!!!!0 -
Probably in the same position I am now knowing me. Alas.0

Nooo!! Think positive! Where COULD you be if you worked out, and ate at a moderate calorie deficit?0 -
According to the numbers in my spreadsheet, one month away from goal weight. I've got a set weight that I would like to be every day, and Oct 25th is goal day. Of course I need to put in the hard work to get there, but when you're only 8kg away from goal weight, losing weight doesn't seem that hard.0

I will be 3 kilos lighter, I like my goals to be realistic. :-)0
-
I'll be around 110 pounds, healthy, happy, full of energy, liking how I look in the mirror, and not driving myself nuts fighting hunger all the time.
If I'm not, I can always give up and go back to being fat. Life is too short to spend it miserably beating my head against the same wall.0 -
Congrats on your great attitude.
In 3 months I will be smaller than I've been since 6th grade, weighing in at 120 pounds or so, trying to learn how to maintain a weight loss of almost 50 pounds! It's a bit hard to tell because being so close to my goal weight has made it so weight loss is a bit harder to achieve. I have to be pretty exact with my numbers or my weight goes no where lol. Hopefully I'll be feeling and looking good!0 -
In three months I will hopefully be stepping on the scale and seeing 199.9. My birthday is the 27th and that's always been my first goal, and now that my brother's getting married the same day I have extra motivation to make it there.0

In 3 months time, I'll be on my New England honeymoon! Oh wait - health wise! I expect to be down at least 15 more pounds and squatting 75 lbs, dead lifting 60 or more.0

Well, my ultimate goal for this year is to be 200 by Christmas and my daughter's 6th birthday (12/26).
BUT --- if I continue at the rate I'm going (I've lost nearly ten pounds this month), it's entirely in the realm of possibility that I could be near 205-210 in three months. It makes me want to cry even typing that out. I never ever thought I'd be close to getting out of the 200s. I've weighed over 200 since middle school. This whole journey is bizarre and crazy. I've been doing this since the end of January, and I never thought I'd still be here doing it in June.0 -
In three months I will be in New England eating anything I want because not only did I reach my original goal ( 20 lbs ago as of today) but I lost more weight then I dreamed possible!0
-
I *should* be at my goal as I ONLY have 6 more lbs to lose but they are hard to budge. I'm running a half marathon in September so I'll at least be fit!0
-
In 3 months time I plan to be around 215 lbs a total of 60 lbs lost Getting ready for my first 5k in October and looking good for our family vacation trip to Disney in November!0
-
I will be at my target weight and maintaining and also focussing on getting fitter0
-
In 3 months time I'll be in San Diego at my Fiance's Marine Boot Camp graduation making his JAW DROP. I hope to have lost 15lbs by then and have toned up. I also plan on dying my hair red with highlights and buying a new sun dress for that day
I just want to be as beautiful as possible. I'm so excited I can't WAIT.0 -
From today, Disney Hollywood studios.0

In 3 months, I will be at my goal weight, and I'll be hiking/camping in Yosemite, getting ready to do this: http://indefinitelywild.gizmodo.com/adventure-trans-catalina-island-trail-1585837312 with my husband.
We've been planning the Yosemite trip since he left in January, and he's coming home earlier than expected, so we got to move the trip up. I'm excited. He recently found the island trail, and I have mixed emotions about it.0 -
great idea,
in sept, i hope to have my first 5k under my belt...and at LEAST 15 lbs lost and/or down at LEAST one size, 2 would be ideal!0 -
hopefully still here logging.... hopefully just a little less of me  :blushing: :drinker: :laugh:0

This morning I was .2 lbs from what I thought was my goal weight (165), but I recently decided I wanted to lower my goal by 6 pounds. That will likely put me at a very healthy body fat percentage (currently 28%, goal is 25%) and hopefully down one more pant size (currently 10, goal is 8). I'm 5'10" if you were wondering. I just really want to get into single digit pant sizes and get into the 150s...smaller than I was in high school even.
To lose 6 pounds in 12 weeks is .5 per week, which is a little tough when you're this close to goal, but that's going to be my target for 9/25/14: goal weight, goal pant size, goal BF%. And if I don't quite get there, I'll still be closer than I am today!0 -
In 3 months I will be under 200 lbs.0
-
In 3 months I'd like to be around 125-128 lbs, lifting heavier weights, looking hotter, and getting ready for my week in Orlando with my husband in October.0
-
I hope I'll be down another 6lbs to reach my first GW, which I wanted to hit on Sept 27th- my first wedding dress fitting!0
-
Great Idea! In three months time, I hope to be continuously logging and exercising 20 days a month!! Thanks again!0
-
In 3 Months time, I will have lost the final 10 lbs, putting me comfortably below 140 lbs. I will see an additional 3% reduction in body fat, putting me close to 25%. I will be a few days away from running my first 10K, and completely confident I will finish it! Three months, three goals!!0
-
I should be at goal weight in about 3 weeks. By 3 months I should be toned in my core like never before. I am also working on arms so I am looking for a short but sweet workout program to start. I am probably going to do some on fitnessblender. I haven't done those workouts in a long time and my friend recently reminded me of them. Let's go, everyone...we CAN do it.0
-
Hopefully I won't still be eating this candy on my desk.
If I were to lose a couple of pounds a week (with a LOT of hard work), I'd be below 170 and hopefully my work clothes wouldn't be so dadgum tight!0 -
LOVE THIS!!!!
In three months....
I WILL to be at my goal weight (just 4.2 lbs away) and maintaining.
I WILL be less than 1 month away from my first half marathon race.
I WILL be getting my store ready for another successful Christmas Season.0 -
Thanks this is a great Idea! I decided to change my goals to several smaller goals instead of one big goal. In 3 months I plan on being 6 lbs lighter. Hopefully more but will def be at least 6 lbs lighter!0
