I am so sore. To the point where its extremely painful to walk. I took my rest day yesterday as I'm working on unconsecutive days and it has only become worse today. Idk what to do but I'm afraid of the pain.

Move around. Go for a walk. It may hurt at first, but actually moving the muscles around and getting blood flowing into them will make you feel better than just sitting around and being immobile. You'll eventually have to move and staying static just makes it hurt worse.

Just lift again. It's only that bad after the first day.0 -
A good long walk can do wonders for sore muscles. I'd say maybe on your rest day going forward, if you find yourself sore, take a nice walk. Get your muscles moving. It will help0
