I just started today The Fat Smash diet. Need to lose 40lbs. Friends would help to motivate me.

    ive never heard of the "fat smash diet" but i need to lose 40-50lbs so we are in the same boat! good luck on your journey!

    I also have 40-45lbs to lose. I've been counting my calories for a little over a week and I've lost 5lbs so far so it seems to be working! Good luck to both of you!
