Hi guys and gals,
Just joined in a bid to lose weight. I've got a bit of a dilemma. I am total carb slave!!!
So needed some advice. Currently I weigh 16st 1 and im 5'6 (lost 1st in 2 months) Looking to get to 11/12ST max (id still like to keep my curves and keep it bootylicious
Can I still lose weight with a high carb but low calorie diet. I mean I normally have like a bowl of all bran flakes and then some biscuits and for dinner eggs or white fish...that sort of stuff.
I used to have a really high carb diet before having my son and it never really affected my weight until after I had him and ballooned from 12st to just under 20st.
Any advice on this? Thanks

Yes, unless you have a medical condition that would warrant you to go low carb.0 -
Check out drmcdougall.com he advocates a very high carb diet that causes pretty rapid weight loss. It is a bit rigid as you have to eat very very low fat though0
