I just lost my first pound after joining!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
So I'm now 232 from my starting weight of 233.I actually went over my calorie intake by 600 the first day but I was still under my daily intake(to maintain my weight) and I did some exercises with the stability ball.
I'm 5'7, 27 and a muffin top. I have to include that because it's important for others just like me. Did any one lose a pound so far this week?!?

I've been stuck at the same weight for months. But in the last month I've managed to lose 5lbs. It just goes to show that if I stay consistent and persistent change will happen. Congrats on your weight loss0
