Circus Training Vs Push/Pull Circuit Routine

Hey guys - recommendation for cutting phase?
Intense circuit training - every other day, with intense cardio on days in-between (HIIT)?
For recomposition cycle should it be the traditional Push/Pull circuit?
---and this is just regarding these routine techniques, I obviously know the dietary differences.
And letsss not make it a circus of .gifs up in here, despite the attention from the uninformed/non-contributors being flattering. :blushing:

HAHA so unfortunate. May be the most I've laughed all day. But don't do circus training...ever. Continue same w/o program as if you're bulking. Cutting is done with diet and cardio. Also, on a completely unrelated note, never do circus training -.-0

Make sure if you do circus training that you're all set for a soft landing in case you fall. Can't have any injuries now.
