I am looking for someone who is doing it right and will help encourage and motivate me to do the same. If you don't have the time, I understand, I have little extra time myself. I keep falling off and getting back on, I want to end the cycle. I had bypass surgery several years ago and have let some things in my control get in my way of achieving my health goals. The past several weeks I have been doing pretty good on nutrition and really good at getting physically active everyday, but I have seen NO WEIGHTLOSS in almost a month! Ridiculous! It is getting very frustrating to see no change, I need help!

Hi! My name is Kim and my weight loss journey began two years ago. I was at my heaviest (225) and things were not good. I couldn't keep up with my kids, I was tired all the time, and my doctor told me that my cholesterol was on the rise! I decided something needed to change. I started walking, and eventually doing some weight training. I am down over 75 pounds! I feel so much better, and I love supporting and encouraging people to do the same. I would be happy to be an accountability partner with you. I still have some weight to lose, so we can work at it together! Getting your nutrition under control is a big key to losing weight. I can share what has worked for me if you are interested. If you work hard, I know you can reach your goal! So what do ya say? Are you in?

Have you considered looking into a free Beachbody coach? That's the route I used when I needed to lose weight after my first baby. I spent the first year, doing the best I could on my own and then got hooked up with a BB Coach and within another years time I was in the best shape of my life... six pack abs and all! Now that I'm working on losing weight for a second time after baby #2 I definitely feel working with a coach is the only way to go. You just need to make sure you find one that fits your needs and that you connect with. Let me know if you have any questions, Best wishes :)
