Sometimes I don't have time in the day so I just do a strength workout at night after I've eaten all my meals and everything then go to bed. Is this really bad? I eat a lot of food and I don't like going to bed full and working out just makes me not hungry anyway like I don't want to force myself to eat

as long as you have nutrition within 24 hours before or after, you're fine.0
