Hey guys, i have been adding condiments to my food log, but just thought tonight as was putting mrs dash on my chicken (salt free) and a bit of pepper, is that something i need to look at? My instant thought was the salt to watch...but didnt know if people are taking these into account?!?!

I don't add any season that sprinkles(garlic powder, chopped basil...). If it pours(Mayo, ketchup...), I add it.

honestly, i never take spices into account...not even salt. lol if anything though, you should count salt in if you're watching your sodium. other than that, it's really unecessary to include things like rosemary, black pepper, thyme, chili powder, etc. since they really don't contain anything.

I don't count seasoning at all except salt. If Mrs Dash Garlic has calories, then I'm in Deep, Deep Doo Doo

If I am putting a recipe in for calculations I put in the spices. If it is on an individual serving on my plate I don't. I do count the condiments though.
