I recently bought a slow cooker, and I've been scouring the internet for recipes to try out. This one caught my eye, and I can't wait to make it this weekend!

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1-inch strips
Sauce:
1 large onion, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
3 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon country-style (coarse-grain) mustard
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 green onions, sliced on an angle, for garnish (optional)
Directions
Coat the slow cooker with cooking spray.
Place the chicken in the slow cooker, add the sauce ingredients along with 1/2 cup water and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Garnish with green onions before serving, if desired.

Looks yummy. I have a slow cooker but I am a spaz and have no imagination and when I use it, most things get mushy in it. Plus, I'd have horrible issues logging it. I'd love to find recipes that have been prelogged so all I have to do is enter it in my log, and if I make it exactly as the recipe calls, it would be same calories, AND I would love them to be recipes where the ingredients used are the lowest possible calorie items available (and available at local grocery stores in hillbilly states) and it still tastes great.0

I see after clicking your link that they do itemize the calories and items. Awesome.0

Yep!
I like to build mine in the MFP recipe builder, since the weight of the chicken will vary, and macros may vary based on the brands used.0 -
