in Motivation and Support
happiness is;

breathing in the fresh air
the sun on my face
the soft breeze in my hair
my daughters laugh
my husbands loving embrace
puppy snuggles
a chilled summer drink
fresh cut watermelon

To name just a few... (can you tell summer is on my mind) lol

I have to take a few moments to think these things ever day, I have so much to be thankful for and many reasons to smile. :-)

so what are your definitions of happy?

    mountain laurel in full bloom
    scent of blooming roses in the air
    bunnies hopping away from me as I go by

    Fall & Winter months
    Christmas Time
    Cozy on the Couch, wrapped up in a soft blanket, with a cup of hot coffee & the fireplace roaring!!
    My husband & son along side me
    Spending time with my husband's family, since mine totally sucks balls!!
    I quiet run on the road to clear my head
    A Chinese Buffet :laugh:
    Family Vacations, especially when that vacation is a Cruise :love:
