Can I do it?

I am going to challenge myself to get under 200 LBS by the end of July(that would be 12/13lbs)... Anyone have similar goals? Feel free to add me and I have restarted my account and looking forward to kicking my own a$s :)!

Also I would like to run 2 Miles without stopping... doable in 5 weeks??

    This likely depends on your height, but it's a very aggressive goal. Possibly doable! Either way, I wish you the best of luck and don't beat yourself up too badly if you wind up a few pounds short. All progress is good progress :)

    honestly girl, I'm only 5'4 and just hit my June goal of 15 this month, four days early!!! You can do it ;-) Good Luck!
  • I m restarting myself. I made a goal to be around 200 lbs by Sept. Let's see if I can actually stick to my guns this time!

    You can do it. The first month I started Keto I dropped 15 lbs...so definitely do-able. Good luck!
