Calorie Goal and Illness

Hi, I have a virus and I'm drinking juice (which I would never usually do). I'm wondering if you guys tend to keep to your low calories goals even if you're sick? Juice and soup can really add up on the calories...but I want to make sure my body is getting the vitamins it needs right now.

Don't log when I'm sick. Take care of yourself, get better and then go back to logging.0

hydration and nutrition when sick are much more important than staying on a diet or deficit. I'd worry more about making sure to drink enough and stay away from high sodium and rest. Hope you feel better soon.0
