I started just yesterday at 346lbs. My first goal is to get 5 stone off. I know exercise will help with this but I don't have an issue getting of my bum it's food I need to conquer and get a grip with so realistically eating 1,750 calories a day how long would it take me to loose 5 stone without exercising?

It really depends on your body, but for the most part, if you're creating a calorie deficit of 3500 in 1 week you will loose 1 lb. On average you should try to loose about 1-2 lbs per week, although sometimes we will loose more or less depending on a number of things. But 1-2 lbs/week is considered "healthy".
If you can get on top your nutrition you will have conqured more than half the battle. That's why you can find loads of support groups who primarily focus on eating right. I struggled desperately with weight loss until I finally found a group of people who kept me accountable to my nutrition goals. I hope this is helpful... feel free to hit me up if you need anything more! Dala0 -

^^^^ thats a calorie calculator. Put in your stats and take your TDEE - 1750 = daily deficit. Multiply by 7 = weekly deficit. Devide by 3500 = weekly lbs lost. Devide the total amount of weight you need to lose by that and it gives an estimate.
That is a rough estimate! As you get smaller your deficit will shrink and you willl lose weight slower (wich you should, no starving yourself). That will extend the time it takes you to get to your true goal weight.0 -
higher start weight but it took 3 months, 15 days for me to down 70lbs and did no intentional exercise other than just moving around doing my day to day routine.0
