tough day today, trying to limit the carbs, apparently if you want to lose weight you should limit carbs to between 20 - 70 grams today - but unless you eat just meat (which is high in calories) it's nigh on impossible, have eaten healthy all day and already gone over :-(((
Oh well, at least the healthy eating would have done me good :-))

I'm a cornwall girl but I LOVE London, spent the last two weekends there, did Take That 2 weeks ago and then The British 10k last Sunday. It's an awesome city. My SIL lives in Sutton.

I don't limit carbs, I eat wholegrain ones only and in a regular portion size, but I don't limit them. I think it's pretty much a myth sold by Atkins but carbs fuel us, if you work out you need more than if you don't but if I kept under 70 I'd keel over!0
