Hi I'm Andrea. I am a mother of 2 beautiful kids. My youngest is going to be 1 soon. Which is awesome but that is my goal date for my weight loss also! I've lost 75 ( from right before labor) and have 10 lbs left. I'm finding it so hard to get rid of these last few after I have worked so hard for the rest. Ugh!!

Try HIIT training. Type in HIIT training into google and try it out. It got me off a plateau and ramped up my fat loss.0

.. Pick yourself up and pretend it's your first day at this. Be as excited!...... workout with a bit more pep and consume that little bit less calories because slow and steady wins the race.0
